With this Report the Foundation warned the Dutch government in 2012, that EU member Romania is not complying with Language laws. This report has been referenced in the Dutch press, in fact the foundation already warned in 2012 not to enlarge the EU and not to allow Romania entry to the Schengen zone

 

Lees het Rapport Gebroken Beloften In dit rapport dat in 2012 verscheen, wordt er gewaarschuwd dat lidstaat Roemenie, zich niet aan de taalrechten houdt. Dit rapport is in 2012 verschenen en in de Nederlandse pers besproken. Kortom al in 2012 waarschuwde de stichting voor het uitbreiden van de Europese Unie en adviseerde de stichting om Roemenie niet toe te laten tot de Schengen zone.

Opinion Article Romania is causing trouble, not Russia (  Only available in Dutch. )Not only Russia is causing instability in Ukraine and Moldavia, since Both in Ukraine, Moldavia and Romania large language minorities can be found in fact Romania wants to annex Russian speaking Transnistria into a Romanian state, whilst denying basic language rights.

Opinie Artikel Niet Rusland ook Roemenie stookt Onrust.

In de media wordt het beeld geschetst dat alleen Rusland onrust zou stoken in Oekraïne en Moldavië. Dit is onjuist. Zowel in Moldavië als in Oekraïne leven en grote taalminderheden. Roemenie wil het Russischtalige Transsnistrië annexeren zonder waarborgen te geven voor de taalrechten van de Russischtalige bevolking, terwijl ze het zelf niet zo nauw neemt met de taalwetten. 

Opinion Entry of Romanians to the Dutch labour market is a violation of Dutch law  (  Only available in Dutch. )

In this article the foundation warns that Romania is giving passports to ethnic Romanians in Moldavia only and not to Russians speaking Moldavians. This means that Romania is engaging in extra territorial discrimination. This situation is not compliant with Dutch Law, however due to the loss of sovereignty ,the Netherlands lacks any control over its own labour market.

In dit artikel waarschuwt de stichting voor het feit dat Roemenie etnische Russen discrimineert, door alleen aan die Moldaviërs een paspoort te geven die zich etnisch Roemeens verklaren. Dit levert een situatie op die onverenigbaar is met de Nederlandse rechtsorde.( Discriminatie )

In western-Europe these problems have been solved, however the new EU members  fail to comply with those standards, which had been a requisite for EU and NATO entry.
